Weekly – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9:30am-10:30am
Location – The Club at 12 Oaks (M,W- Water Oak Studio | T,W,TH- Poolside Pub | Sat-Fitness Center)
Cost – $15/Class if you do not prepay. $100/month for unlimited classes.
Personal Training (1 on 1 workouts tailored to your needs)

Nutrition Seminars & Consultations
Do you want to take the work out of trying to lose weight? What to eat, when to eat it, what should I NOT be eating……so many questions and so little time to prepare meals. The grocery store, ads, fad diets, it’s all very confusing. I’ll take the guesswork out of it for you. At this consultation, we will discuss your goals for weight loss or gain, your medical conditions, and your nutritional needs. We will discuss what healthy and unhealthy foods are and create a meal plan specific to your goals. You will walk away with an itemized meal plan of what to eat and what NOT to eat Mon-Sun, Morning, Noon and Night. No guesswork, no confusion.
- I also run classes for kids. If you need help teaching your child nutrition – introducing them to healthy foods and actually getting them to eat it, finding the time to make healthy meals for the family when you are on the go and have no time, or just don’t know how to get yourself and your family back on track – call me…..I can help!
- Group after-school activities for kids centered around healthy eating, fitness for life (age appropriate) and treating your body with respect.
