Meredith Capps

My name is Meredith Capps and I bring 20 years of nursing experience,
along with being a licensed clinical addiction specialist and clinical mental
health counselor associate. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental
Health Counseling from the University of Mount Olive in Mount Olive, NC, a
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax,
VA, and a diploma in Practical Nursing from Wilson Community College
from Wilson, NC. I’m originally from Richmond, VA but have lived in NC
since 1999.

I specialize in helping folks who are struggling with: relationships, career
transitions, parenting, menopause, infertility, chronic health issues,
grief, anxiety, depression, and addiction/recovery. I provide
personalized therapy, relapse prevention/harm reduction strategies and
educational resources for clients.
