Therapy sessions are dedicated to helping you where you need it the most. Our customized treatment plans look at the mind-body connection to understand how a stomachache or headache, being unfocused or unmotivated, having anxiety or fear, being unhappy, or why our relationships are failing are connected. Together, you and your clinician will uncover your triggers and learn new healthy coping skills. We work with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents. We run group sessions to provide additional peer support and help people feel connected to others.

Cost of Counseling
Cash Pay Cost (without insurance) – $185/50-minute session. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours in advance or a flat rate of $185.00 will be charged for no-show appointments and cancellations within less than 24 hours.
Many of our providers are in-network with insurance. Check Our Team page to see who.
*Superbills will be given at the client’s request for out-of-network coverage or to claim on their taxes.
