Dr. Wendie Lubinsky
I am Dr. Wendie Lubinsky, the Owner and CEO of WML Wellness LLC and Wendie Lubinsky Counseling PLLC in Holly Springs, NC, a Whole Health Wellness Company. I look forward to working with you as your counselor. I’m licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (Lic # 17240) under the NCBLCMHC and governed by the National Board of Clinical Counselors NBCC. I have a PhD in counselor education and supervision from Capella University (2024), an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (2021), and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Irvine (2003), I am an adjunct instructor at Southern New Hampshire University, teaching Master’s Psychology. My related professional experience began with personal training and nutritional coaching from NASM in 2001; however, I am no longer actively working in this capacity. I helped Clients achieve their goals through motivational, goal-oriented programs while assisting them in overcoming personal obstacles. While working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I incorporated life coaching and focused on clients with eating disorders. My research and experience with eating disorders have led to the whole health coaching perspective and approach to a holistic view of healthcare and wellness, which I achieve through interdisciplinary collaboration. In practicum and internship during my master S, I worked at both a neurocounseling and biofeedback office and in a private practice setting, providing services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, including adolescents and adults.
