I am a clinician specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults ages 10 and up, with a focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief and loss. I bring extensive experience from hospice and bereavement care, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult transitions. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Using a strengths-based approach, I work collaboratively with clients to highlight resilience, honor their experiences of loss, and foster healing at their own pace. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, empowering them with practical tools for growth, coping, and long-term emotional wellness.
