About WML Wellness, LLC
An Integrated Approach to Collaborative Care
Whole Health Wellness
WML Wellness offers an integrated approach to wellness. coordinating care with your existing medical team to create personalized treatment goals tailored to your mental and physical needs Illness is systemic and not siloed in the body, so why should healthcare be siloed?
Interdisciplinary collaboration means all your healthcare workers discuss your needs for holistic treatment planning. considering all aspects of
your health, physical and mental. Your clinicians at Wendie Lubinsky Counseling will work closely with your other healthcare providers to create a personalized treatment plan tailored just for you.
Our clinical counseling approach integrates care with our clinical team of specialists to address your goals. tailored to your mental and physical
needs. We collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals from Eastern and Western practices to develop a comprehensive
approach to wellness that helps you achieve your unique goals.
This may include referrals to other holistic practitioners to optimize treatment, outside of our direct clinical referrals, for your specific needs. The practitioners we work with include primary care doctors, psychiatrists, nutritionists, dietitians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, neurologists, personal trainers, and other medical and holistic professionals. This approach enables continuity of care and coordination of treatment for the whole person, rather than siloed care that separates them into individual
ailments. Interdisciplinary collaboration is a holistic approach to wellness that involves bringing together other clinicians and healthcare workers
to focus on the client’s needs.
Continuing Education
WML Wellness has monthly seminars with other clinicians in the field: Psychiatrists, Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Hormone Specialists, Nutritionists/Dietitians, Compounding Pharmacists, and other MDs. All specializing in the mind-body connection with an opportunity to schedule a session for their services.
A personal note from Wendie
My Whole Health Wellness Company specializes in mind and body wellness from the inside out. I believe in a holistic approach to care because true wellness is not about fixing just one thing. Lasting change happens when we understand the connection between how we think, how we feel, and how we act.
When we gain insight into our thoughts and emotions, we can take meaningful steps to change our behaviors. Without addressing the root cause, it is easy to repeat destructive patterns and rely on unhealthy coping mechanisms. I help guide and support clients through physical and emotional challenges by uncovering the underlying issues that often stand in the way of real progress.
We all have goals, but life can make them feel out of reach. Limited time, low energy, lack of support, anxiety, depression, fear, or self-doubt can quickly derail even the best intentions. Whether you are seeking support in Holly Springs or Cary, I work with you to create a personalized wellness plan tailored to your individual needs, helping you move forward with clarity, balance, and purpose.
