Rachel Gardner, LCMHCA
I have experience working with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with school-aged clients and their families, helping them build practical skills that improve functioning at home, school, and in relationships.
My approach to counseling is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation to help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you to help you grow and move forward with confidence.
