Honor Foutch

Hello! My name is Honor and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) who is focused on bringing safe and educated care to those with mental health struggles. I received my Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from Creighton University. I provide an environment that is patient, understanding, and non-judgmental. I emphasize a strengths-based approach and stand firm in the belief that all humans are capable of growth and change. It would be my pleasure to accompany you on this journey.

I primarily work with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults but am always open to all who may find our connection to be a good fit. I have extensive experience working with youth ages 5-18 managing relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma, anger management, and ADHD. I utilize an inclusive and individualized care plan format to highlight each client’s uniqueness in navigating life. If you are facing challenges that are not listed, I am always open to educate myself and be available for multiple concerns.

I use evidence-based practices in sessions to ensure the highest level of care including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Therapy. Using a collaborative process, we can achieve a care plan that is tailored to your individual needs.

If this sounds like the right fit for you, reach out and we can schedule a free 15-minute initial consultation.
