This is a great idea. So many of us don’t drink enough water daily. Water can help you feel full so you eat less and it’s necessary to life. 1 8oz glass of water before a meal will make you consume less bcs there is less room in your stomach triggering the lepton that makes you feel full. You can’t go more than 3 days without water but you can go weeks without food. Think about that……
